Philip has extensive experience of sales, marketing and business development - in Europe and in the US and traditionally leads c-level engagements to create new business strategy, raise finance, support M&A engagement, direct the marketing strategy and identify new product/service opportunities.
During his career Philip has continually pursued entrepreneurial opportunities and has created commercial traction and liquidity for a significant number of fast growth companies. His creative background has helped him shape unconventional campaigns and strategies for commercial growth - garnering both awards and investor ROI.
Most recently he led the commercial development and marketing at Touch Bionics - the creators of the i-LIMB Hand. Philip has wide experience of technology transfer and the commercialisation of product innovations from both private and institutional sources. His past engagements include the delivery of programmes for Abbott Laboratories, Nycomed Amersham, Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
Philip holds a MacRobert Gold Medal and leads client engagements in the UK, North America, Europe and the Middle East.
In addition to his work with PERGALI, Roy is also CEO of Inflection Point Ltd a leading executive consultancy practices working mainly with board management.
Roy conceived and delivered breakthrough business model and execution strategies for services at Cisco Systems; creating one of largest and most profitable services businesses in the world with revenues of over $2.5bn. He was awarded global top performer and best global leader for his work by Cisco.
Roy works on assignments at management board level in central government and with multi-nationals organisations; in business transformation, strategy development, product and service innovation, multi-million Dollar outsourcing contracts and change management.
Roy is a proven innovation and transformation expert, having conceived Oracle Corporation and Ingres/CA's international services businesses and long-term strategies. Both engagements resulted in dramatic revenue growth. He has held senior executive positions throughout Europe and the US in both sales and operations for major corporations, these include; Rank Xerox, Siemens, ICL, Ingres/CA, Oracle, Cisco Systems and PeopleSoft.
His primary interests include; organisational productivity and performance benchmarking, economic and environmental sustainability, climate policy, renewable energy, cleantech, disruptive platforms, and new business models.

After a period as director of international strategic consulting with market research company IDC he formed the Bathwick Group in 1997, a research-based consulting company that works with clients such as Accenture, Atos Origin, Barclays Bank, BERR, BT, Cisco Systems, CSC, Ernst & Young, the European Union, IBM, Intel, KPMG, Microsoft, Misys, Novell, Oracle, Orange, Sun Microsystems, T-Mobile and TCS.
Jonathan has also founded a global think tank (called Think Again), a social enterprise which trains young people in business skills, and a benchmarking software company. He is also a director of the Bath International Comedy Festival.
